How do I renew my card?

Do I need an appointment or doctor`s referral?
No referral is required, when using the Smart Health card it is necessary to present the card and personal document for the identification.
What if the chosen institution already offers a discount on a certain service?
You can shoose the option that suits you better. Discounts cannot be combined.
Can the card be reissued in case of loss?
Yes, in case of loss or damae we will issue you a new card.The service of issuing a new card is 700 dinars.
Do I need to identify myself with a personal document when using the card?
When using the card, the staff of the partner institution will ask you to see your personal document.
Can there be a change of partner institutions?
Yes, it is possible to add new or delete certain institutions from the list of partner institutions where discounts apply. Also, there may be change in the list of services for which doscounts aplly, as well as the discount amount.
